Subdivision Covenants
Remember, if you are planning to make any improvements to the exterior of your home (pool, fence, satellite dish, etc.) don't forget that you must request approval before you make the improvement. Please review these covenants and don't forget to submit an architectural review form. You'll find the form at the bottom of this page. (If you proceed without approval, you may be asked to remove or modify your improvement at your expense.)

Covenant Review Committee

The purpose of the Covenant Review Committee is to serve as a centralized point of contact for homeowner requests regarding the Patriots Landing Declaration of Covenants.  The committee will receive, review, and catalog all requested changes, additions, and deletions, and provide the Board of Trustees a list of potential amendments.  The Board will review the list with the HOA attorneys, who will then draw up the proper legal instrument to present to homeowners for approval by signature.  If a majority of homeowners approve an amendment, as outlined in Article X - General Provisions #5, the amendment will be adopted by the subdivision recorded with the Recorder of Deeds for St. Charles County, Missouri.
