To maintain a consistent aesthetic within our subdivision, we kindly request that you complete the form below before making any exterior changes to your home. The board will review your request and, if necessary, provide guidance on items that might not conform to covenants. Please download and complete the form below and then email the form with your supporting documentation to one of the three Architectural Control Committee members listed on the contact page.

Please note, in addition to this form, you will need to include supporting documentation:
Drawing(s)
Materials list (with descriptions), and
Any other building details so that the review board has sufficient information to validate conformance with the covenants.
Once emailed, you will receive approval or denial of your request within 30 days after the plans and specifications have been submitted, as per the covenants.
