Important Dates to Remember for 2026:

Yearly assessments will be mailed by City & Village on December 1st. The 2026 assessment is due on January 31, 2026, and will be considered delinquent on February 1, 2026.

Christmas Light Contest judging will take place from 12/15 to 12/19. Winners will be announced on the website on 12/23.

A special trustee election will be held in January to fill the empty seat. Nomination and election information will be posted soon.

The 2026 Spring Garage Sale is set for Friday, May 8th & Saturday, May 9th.

The 2026 Fall Garage Sale is scheduled for October 2nd & 3rd.

Annual HOA Meeting is set for October 21, 2026, at the Justice Center, 1019 Bryan Rd, O'Fallon, MO. 63366
